The setting was marvellous and excellent.

Really comfortable place to visit. Excellent staff overall. Room with a couch bed, sunlight, for example. A microwave oven, a coffee maker, and fridges available.

My family and I stayed at the Residences in Kanata Lakes for a week and we were blown away by the stunning room and apartment. It was exactly as pictured - clean, spacious, and well stocked with everything we needed. The kitchen was equipped with all the cooking essentials and having two full bathrooms and an in-room laundry made our stay even more convenient. The ground floor location provided direct access to a small patio area, which was a nice touch. The property itself is new and well maintained, and the staff, including the friendly general manager Holly, were always helpful. a fantastic place to stay for families or groups.

The location was very convenient, especially if you have events in the area. It's also just a short drive to downtown, which is great for exploring. The nearby mall with Walmart, grocery stores, and restaurants made it easy to find everything we needed. Having two bedrooms and bathrooms was a great advantage for our larger group. Additionally, the on-site parking was very convenient.

We did have a few issues during our stay. the room could have used better blackout blinds or curtains as the light from the parking lot was quite bothersome, especially if you prefer sleeping in darkness.

Convenient location next to parks, highway direct links to the Downtown, grocery store and restaurants, everything great. It had a handy kitchenette, we regularly cooked breakfast ourselves. The beds were comfy.
